List a summary about yourself and your overall qualities and intentions as a childcare provider.

Skills
List the various skills that will set you a part (e.g., languages spoken, driver’s license, valid passport and willingness to travel, swimming skills, CPR/First Aid certified, experience cooking).

Experience
List specific individual families you have worked for. List the newest at the top.

Education & Training
Families want to know about any college you have attended. List all college that you have attended and any degrees you received or are working on.

List any additional childcare training such as:

  • Childcare courses completed
